thanks for your message.
We are not currently aware of any general network problems, nor are any host problems recognisable here.
Please use a program such as MTR to send us traces of over 200 packets in both directions (client -> server; server -> client) for the problematic connection during the time when the issue happens.
Our network department needs traces in BOTH directions (client -> server and server -> client) to analyze your issue.
In the event that your server becomes unreachable, you can still access it via the VNC console in the Cloud Panel. The VNC console provides remote access to your server's screen environment, allowing you to interact directly with your instance and perform necessary troubleshooting tasks even if traditional access methods such as SSH are not available.

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it in the RESCUE area of your server. Simply log into the administration panel of your server, navigate to the RESCUE section.
MTR is a diagnostic tool which can be used to determine which routers transmit data packets onto the destination host and which routers may be experienceing problems.
For Windows, you can download "WinMTR" free of charge (via http://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/ ).
For Linux, you can install MTR using the right package manager for your distribution.
