用Google翻译写了一个关于Hetzner电信线路的工单，请高人指点，发前请高人指点帮忙看看给一些修改建议。

ISP China Telecom packet loss rate often exceeds 50%

Dear Sirs,

We have alreadly used your Cloud services about one month.
And we found a big problem of your Cloud service.
ISP China Telecom packet loss rate often exceeds 50%.

If users from ISP China Telecom visit our website
Our website always cannot be opened, or it is often interrupted.
Very poor user experience.

And as one of China Telecom's users, It is very difficult for us to login remote service.
Once successfully logged in our server.Our server always slowly and stop frequently.
We have to login again and again.

I would like to know if Hetzner has any good suggestions and methods for us to solve this problem?
China Telecom is one of the largest companies in China,its number of users accounts for 40%-50% of the Chinese market.
We have to pay attention to their users’ experience.

hetzner是完全的动态线路，同一时间的不同IP，单一ip的不同时间路由都可能变化，没有优化路由之说。

有没有可能让电信优化一下到Hetzner的线路？
电信和Hetzner虽然有共同IX，但电信这口子压根不可能够用，现在都走transit
