photonvps 乱删除vps,拒绝退款!

大家看看photovps.com的无赖风格吧

The service will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period
on 10/01/2013.

邮件给我说10.1号给我退出vps,谁知道刚刚看,vps昨天就被他们删除了,我要他们按网站的要求退款,他们直接回答:

Hi,

We do not keep back ups of terminated VPS, the most we can do at this time is create a fresh VPS for you.

这个vps我用了好久了,9月1号续费的,10.1号到期,数据全部在没被通知的情况下被他们删除干净,他们现在回答:

We do not offer refunds after the initial 30 days of service has passed.

The most we will do for you is create a fresh VPS for the time remaining. It's up to you if you want it or not.
