(1)关于国庆节期间开放注册的通知
HDC在国庆节期间将会开放注册一段时间，注册规则和其他详细信息届时请关注内外站公告。

(2)网站《规则》中的关于重复版本的处理规则更新如下：
重复版本处理规则：
1.本站制作小组作品不受dupe规则约束，本站制作小组和其他合作组作品优先保留。
2.对于已列入本站制作小组和其他合作组压制计划的作品，管理员可以酌情进行删除操作。
3.请在候选或者直接发布资源前，到种子页面事先搜索是否有相同规格的资源（非死种）曾被发布。这里的相同规格特指资源的内容和分辨率均相同。后上传的重复版本会被管理员无提醒直接删除。
4.对于站内已存在的作品，允许直接上传该作品制作小组对应的修正版或者重压制版本（比如 "REPACK" "RERiP" "PROPER" "REAL.PROPER"）。
5.画质（音质）明显占优的，一般不适用dupe规则。比如HD DVD / Blu-ray（及其重编码）一般画质优于HDTV（及其重编码）。
6.原盘DIY作品、不同发行版本的原版原盘之间，不适用dupe规则。
7.如果你想上传的影视作品已经有人上传但是音轨不同，请仅仅上传与对应的影视音画同步的音频文件。
8.管理员会定期清理过去未处理的重复版本，届时由管理员按照综合因素决定版本去留。
注意：本站制作小组已发布作品时，先发布的同一规格的非官方小组作品只保留1个。

Rules upates
Dupe Rules:
1.Dupe rules don't apply to HDChina's official internal groups, like HDChina, HDCTV, etc. Releases of official internals and other cooperating groups will have a preferential retention.
2.Any release that collides with the encodes which are listed in the plan of official internals and other cooperating groups will be deleted depending on situations.
3.Please search the torrents page to see if there're undead torrents that have the same resolution, name or content if you'd like to upload directly or offer the stuff at the candidate region. Dupe releases which uploaded late will be deleted without warning.
4.It's allowed to upload the REPACK, RERiP, PROPER, REAL.PROPER version of the according nuked release at HDChina.
5.Things that have obvious picture or audio quality don't apply to the Dupe Rules. EX: Stuff based on HD-DVD or Blu-ray media are superior to HDTV.
6.DIY versions or Blu-ray discs based on different regions or countries don't apply to the Dupe Rules.
7.Please simply offer the synchronous audio if there already exits the exact release but only with different audio scale.
8.Dupe torrents that are missed out or undealt with will be regularly sorted out by comprehensive consideration whether it deserves deletion or retention.
NOTES: We'll only keep ONE non-official release uploaded earlier with the same resolution and content if the official internal has already released.
