Thank you for contacting Soyoustart concerning the transfer of a service toward another account.
In order to do a transfer of service toward another Soyoustart account, here are the steps to follow:
From your account:
Mention in the ticket:
The name of each of the services that you want to move
Destination Customer ID (NIC) or Customer code
From the other account:
Send a ticket indicating that the services are accepted, in this ticket please indicate:
The name of each of the services that he wants to receive
Origin Customer ID (NIC) or Customer code
The ticket reference number.
Note: Both accounts need to be in the same region. For example: you can transfer service between 2 North American accounts, or 2 European accounts, but not from North America accounts toward a European account.
To confirm the resolution of your ticket, you can either reply to this email indicating "Accept" in the first line of your response, or by closing the ticket in the control panel.
To reject the proposed solution, please either respond to this email indicating "Reject" in the first line of your response, or by responding to the exchange in the control panel.
Please note that in the absence of any feedback in the next seven days, this ticket will be closed automatically. |
