后台自己取消
We only suspend the server after 2 days of being overdue and then cancel/terminate it after another 12 days if we do not hear from the customer or receive the payment.

Please submit the cancellation request via the VPS control panel at https://manage.hosthatch.com as we do not accept cancellation request via ticket.
