这个源码有问题？

rt，想建一个聊天室，无奈没有合适的小鸡，只能用免费空间。想要一个特殊的，找到了https://github.com/DaltonWebDev/console.chat
上传成功了，一直出现

Access to fetch at 'https://console.chat/api/read.php?domain=xxxxxxxxxx' from origin 'https://xxxxxxxxx' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. 看起来它尝试与console.chat连接，于是我修改了所有的文件，把所有的https://console.chat改成了我的域名，还是连接console.chat（这不是缓存问题吗，刷新缓存就行了）
我就尝试在本地上部署它，还是同样的报错
有大佬知道哪里有问题吗，谢！
本地：nginx
虚拟主机：IIS
