aws扣钱了，现在支付不了，状态显示“付款失败 – 逾期”
我绑定了新的信用卡，验证的1刀，支付了，继续尝试支付，为啥还是支付不了？一样显示付款失败
各位大佬，我发了工单，回复我

1. Per your request, I've retried the failed charge on your account to your default credit card. Unfortunately, the charge was again rejected by the issuing institution of your card. Your best bet is to contact the issuing institution of your card and see if there's a reason for this-- banks don't provide any information that would give us any insight into why the charge was rejected.
