We are currently aware of the issue with the multiple nodes in San Jose location "SJKVM1, SJKVM2, SJKVM3, SJKVM6, SJKVM7, SJKVM8, SJKVM9". Our senior admins are working on it to resolve it. We will provide an update here as we get it.
