安装宝塔的时候出现下面的错误请问怎么解决

Virmach家的小鸡升kvm，之前用的宝塔5.9，打算重装，选的centos7，然后一路下来到python那里卡住了，提示错误如下，请问大佬们怎么办？试了两次都一样，网上搜的安装python开发环境也不行

yum install gcc
yum -y install python-devel.x86_64
