I have a VPS(Virtual Private Server) on AlphaRacks, which is yearly paid.
I have just paid $12 to renew it for 1 year on 4/16/2019, i.e. only 32 days ago.
However, since 5/17/2019 all of the servers provided by AlphaRacks turned down suddenly, of course mine included.
What's the worst is, now, 4 days has past, but nothing is getting better.
The same as many other users who maybe also applying for a refund, I have many significant data on the VPS, but now the data has got lost.
I think AlphaRacks should be responsible for this disaster, so I'm applying for a refund from them.

还是PP靠谱点，所以现在好多国外都接入支付宝，相对于PP的争议，支付宝近乎于无，跑路商家的最爱啊
