At Leaseweb, we are always looking for new ways to help your business succeed. This past year was no exception. To provide you an even better connection to the world, we have enhanced our network connectivity by peering with Internet exchanges in Australia and Hong Kong, opened new data centers across the globe, and developed private networking services across dedicated and cloud servers. We have released new APIs for virtual servers, upgraded VPSs with various free OS options, provided CloudStack container service, and enhanced the Customer Portal functionalities for reinstalling OS and control panel, disk partitioning, and traffic monitoring. And, all of this is backed by our commitment to reliability, which we have strengthened by giving specialized training and expanding our Customer Care team.
To continue to provide you with the same quality of products and services, once a year we realign our service charges to reflect market changes. We hold this increase to 3% in line with our general conditions. You can find them here.
The revised rates only apply from January 1, 2019 to agreements started on or before January 1, 2018. The revised price will be included in your first 2019 invoice and can be previewed on the Customer Portal.
