KS老账户以后也会收税了？

刚才因为已经验证了账号但是还是收税了，所以咨询了一下客服，

如果订单上还是有税就没有验证成功.

但是按照最后给我的回复，已经免税的老用户，未来几个月也会逐步开始收税，不清楚是不是该这样理解。
