信用卡支付的：

Cpanel控制面板或者plesk控制面板的用户名或者主域名
信用卡最后4位号码

如果不是信用卡支付的，请提供以下信息：

Cpanel或者plesk的用户名或者主域名
密码的第一位和最后一位
地址全称
电话号码

请注意：你只有一次机会来更换服务器来避免IP被封。

别人代购的话如果是使用信用卡代购的话你在后台看下是否能找到信用卡的最后四位数字。
如果是用paypal购买的话就用下面的格式就可以了：

Cpanel或者plesk的用户名或者主域名
密码的第一位和最后一位
地址全称(包括城市和国家)
电话号码
