This is a follow up email about our San Diego issue. As we told you last time, our San Diego provider is closing and so we have acquired a node in Las Vegas to move clients that wish to remain in business with us. Due to this we request that you open a ticket (whilst logged in to our client portal) here and request a migration of your server to our Las Vegas location.
If you have paid an invoice to keep your S.D server running in the past 14 days then you're eligible for refund on that invoice and you can open a ticket to request this.
