The main cause of the downtime was/is a power outage at our Data center.
Although the outage is out of our hands, we realize that it affected a lot of
our customers which is why we have instructed our engineers to implement new
infrastructure procedures to reduce the chances of failure from happening again.
We as also exploring additional redundancies to handle the increase of load to
ensure no one is affected in the future.
As of now if you are still experiencing problems with your services we ask to
please have patience, and allow our engineers to resolve the remanding parts of
the down network.
