China Unicom is currently experiencing some serious problem with their submarine cable system between China and USA. They perform an urgent repair and open a maintenance window from 7/5-7/13(PST).

So due to above reason, China Unicom’s network will be congestion in the traffic time during 7/5-7/13(PST).
