  1. If you wish to cancel your service, you must do so prior to your next due date to avoid being charged for additional month(s) of service. A completed cancellation form is required to remove all products you wish to cancel.

  2. You will need to login to your Customer Manager (https://my.jumpline.com) to do this. Once you login to the Customer Manager you will click on My Products, the View Details link next to the product you want to cancel and then the Change Renewal Options link under Product Information. Continue to follow the steps within the Customer Manager.

  3. All web hosting products, domain name registrations (Domain Name Packages), and SSL certificates must be within 30 days of its next due date in order to be canceled.

  4. JUMPLINE.COM does not offer a prorated refund based on the early cancellation of your hosting account. If you are on a multi-month payment interval and wish to cancel a hosting account prior to the end of the term, you will forfeit any money paid for the hosting account. Once money has been received on a hosting account, this account will be considered under contract for the service provided by JUMPLINE.COM for the term of agreement. This policy is in effect for all hosting accounts at JUMPLINE.COM.

  5. The account(s)/product(s) will remain active and continue to be billed unless the proper cancellation procedure is followed.

  6. Your domain name registration is a completely separate product.

  7. As consideration for JUMPLINE.COM's domain name registration services, you agree to pay all applicable registration fees and renewal fees. Such registration fees and renewal fees are non-refundable. You agree that JUMPLINE.COM will attempt to collect payment for a one year renewal of your domain name registration 30 days prior to its expiration date and renew your domain name accordingly, unless you select to 'Let Domain Expire/Cancel' through your Customer Manager, located at https://my.jumpline.com. If JUMPLINE.COM is unable to collect payment for your domain name registration, your domain name registration will not be renewed. To renew your domain name manually, login to your Customer Manager located at https://my.jumpline.com. If you do not pay the renewal fees by the time specified in the renewal notice, your registration will expire. You agree that JUMPLINE.COM will have no liability whatsoever with respect to any such expiration and that JUMPLINE.COM may transfer the Domain Name in the event of any delinquency in payment.

你需要登录到控制面板,然后点my products,然后产品旁边的View Details链接,然后修改续费选项,一步一步。

看了下,还没看到取消按钮,你修改下信用卡资料吧,就不能扣你钱了。

改了后,它说是无效的卡,还是自动保存原来卡的信息
