DMIT这个39刀的网络肯定不及搬瓦工35刀，但是价格、流量方面更好，尤其是每隔15天换IP这个福利，长期看还是有优势的。

  2. 20.1 HKG Location:

  5. With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
  6. Without IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 30 days between each replacement.
  7. 20.1.2 For Eyeball network profile:
  8. With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
  9. Without IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 7 days between each replacement.
  10. 20.2 LAX Location:

  12. 20.2.1 For Premium & Eyeball network profile:
  13. With IP Care+ Service: IP Replacement is available every 7 days.
  14. Without IP Care+ Service & Monthly Billing Cycle: IP Replacement is available every 15 days. (The services need to be valid for more than 15 days).
  15. Without IP Care+ Service & Non-Monthly Billing Cycle: IP Replacement is available every 15 days.
  16. All other cases: You can ask for immediately replacement at anytime by 5.00 USD.

  30. Without IP Guarantee+ Addon: DMIT do not give guarantee the IP is globally accessible for the new order, especially for China, Russia, and all country has national network **ship.
  31. With IP Guarantee+ Addon: Guaranteed first connection in sensitive areas.
  32. 20.4.2 For any existing service:
  33. All other cases: IP Replacement costs 5.00 USD each time, 7 days between each replacement.
  34. 20.5 Exceptions:
  35. 20.5.1 For Premium & Eyeball network profiles will ensure that the first connection is reachable in all countries.
  36. Void if there is a force majeure disruption of the Internet in a country. (Included but not limited to political activity, war, disaster..)
  37. 20.5.2 DMIT will charge a replacement fee if ICMP is reachable, or if only some ports are not reachable in some countries.
  38. 20.5.3 DMIT will charge a replacement fee for new orders placed within 7 days.
  39. 20.5.4 With IP Care+ Service: You can ask for immediately replacement at anytime by 5.00 USD.
