一般情况下出现问题我们都是可以通过vePortal控制面板自己解决，下面是一个最郁闷的情况就是VPS掉线了，又无法登陆vePortal重启或者重装VPS的演示Ticket

首先请上面的说明注册、激活、登录Tickets系统[/url]

然后按图中说明选择和输入



Subject输入：

VPS Offline

Comments输入：

Hello,

My VPS (IP:这里替换为VPS的IP) Offline.

I also can't open "http://这里替换为VPS的IP:2407/" to boot it by myself.

Could you please have a check? Thank you.

这里替换为你的名字

完成后点击Submit提交。

VPS掉线重启一般是优先处理的，所以相对比较快，我上次的处理时间是18分钟。
