我的已经成功转移了，ICANN大〇好！
没什么说的，直接讲重点吧。
首先来到ICANN的投诉页面：https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/complaints-2013-03-22-zh，选择“将域名迁入另一注册服务商”，点击右边的采取行动的链接，再点击“域名迁移投诉表”，进入投诉表单填写页面。
填写姓名、Email、域名等信息，这些信息要和域名的WHOIS记录一样，不然很难得到ICANN支持。”Please select the applicable option:” 选择第一项 “My registrar does not allow me to transfer my domain name”。
第一个选项选第六项 "The domain name is locked and the registrar did not update the status and did not provide me with means to update it."
第二个选项全选
第三个选项选第二项 "I asked the registrar to unlock it, but the domain was not unlocked nor did I receive means to unlock it myself."
最后那里仿造这样写
- Dear Sir or Madam,
- I registered my domain xxx.com at Optimal Hosting (https://www.optimalhosting.com/), a reseller of PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com. But unfortunately I can't get touch in Optimal Hosting. I think Optimal Hosting had been went away, I want to transfer my domain to an new registrar. Could you help me? Thank you.
提交后等ICANN发送标题为"Additional information for Transfer complaint re: xxx.com"的邮件，可以仿造这样回复
- I am sure I want to transfer my domain xxx.com to another registrar. I did four operations to control my domain:
- Step1: I have tried to get AuthInfo code from the control panel of Optimal Hosting, but it returned 404. （上传WHMCS返回404的截图作为附件）
- Step2: I have tried to get AuthInfo code from the control panel of registrar (http://opti409723.myorderbox.com/), but I can't login in. （上传登录失败的截图）
- Step3: I can't login in, so I can do nothing.
- Step4: Nobody can get in touch with Optimal Hosting, they deleted their WHMCS, nobody have received their email, people complain about they on their SNS account. （上传Optimal Hosting社交账号用户评论的截图）
回复邮件后，通过ICANN的审核，PublicDomainRegistry.com就会帮你解锁域名，并发送转移密码给你。
