第九主机PHX新服务器上线，各项数据测试及优惠

这次由于peer1的机房机器无我们需要的机型，所以，现在取代的是

凤凰城的I7系列的服务器，性能还是很强悍的，基本跟原先差不多

需要注意的是我们跳票了WINDOWS,XEN的VPS，我自己本人在这里跟对我们的支持者道歉，

由于现在的机房给我不支持，他们只懂openvz，XEN的竟然不懂，我只能委屈求全！

希望春节后继续使用PEER1架构XEN的，下来说这次的openvz

你看探针就明白了，我们是共享CPU的，PEER1的CPU看起来没人用，所以共享还是很好能解决问题的
