As per http://ping.pe/, your VPS IP is responding and working fine.
More likely than not, it is likely caused by the 高墙 blocking your local connection to your server IP. Unfortunately, this is not something that we can control on our end.
There are three options: 1. We can swap your VPS IP this time only for a one-time fee of $3.
2. We can change your VPS IP an unlimited* number of times (up to once per month ) for an annual fee of $10/year.
3. We can leave it as is.
Please note there is no way we, nor any other hosting provider can guarantee whether an IP will work with 高墙 or not. While this 高墙 problem is not within our control, we still want to help you however possible.
