This is for virtual goods. We were made aware of a bug regarding our virtual private servers costing $3 a year instead of $3 a month and have rectified the problem. This user exploited the bug in our system in an attempt to get one of our services for $3 a year. Due to the fact this bug was resolved, and all customers on $3/year plans were moved to $3/month and made well aware of this bug, I don't see why a refund should be allowed.
