已经打电话给贝宝了客服说是银行那边的问题，我估计是贝宝出现的问题，因为争议不是我主动发起 明天会得到处理结果 ~
事情开始之前先说个述
在5月到6月份左右的时候从999转移3个域名到NS，当时记得NS后台提示有个域名快要续费了，查了一下最后的续费日期是8月中旬左右（绝对是八月具体时间记不清），当时看着时间还比较久所以没有管他、想着过个把月再说。
现在回到正题，也就是在上个星期六想着有个域名快到期该续费了、然后登录NS准备续费、想尽脑汁不管怎么登录就是登录不了、以为又像以前一样忘记密码把密码搞错了就打开电脑（以前续费转移域名都用手机）准备给NS发封邮件重置密码（以前有这样做过），然后登录邮箱一看有收到NS的三封邮件，下面是邮件原文。
第一封邮件日期是2015年7月26日(星期天) 下午4:58

Any domains set to automatically renew, as indicated above, will attempt to do so on the first day of next month (with the exception of .co domains which process the day before expiration). 前面两封邮件一个提醒到期，一个是自动扣款的邮件，而最后一个邮件我就不明白了，然后我就回了一封邮件过去。原文如下

The problem is that you reversed a transaction with PayPal. That is a major violation of our terms.
看了邮件我感觉莫名其妙然后查了一下贝宝，贝宝上面显示的是支付已完成，仔细看了一下旁边还有一个未调解的事情待处理，我点开看了一下正是NS的，到了这里我大概明白了，肯定是NS那边自动扣费然后到贝宝这边默认完成然后银行那边拒绝掉了、事情真的是这样吗？这个时候我还不清楚，我按贝宝上面的提示瞎点了几下，最后结果如下（确实是瞎点因为从来没有遇到过这样的事情不知道该怎么处理。）

瞎点完之后我就发了封邮件原文如下
（请原谅我是用机器翻的，有一件需要注意的事是我没有设置过域名到期自动续费！！！）
I'm sorry, I remember I was in the account which the default settings for a domain name expire automatically renew PayPal. PayPal is a payment which shows success. But my bank card over there do not know how there is a problem. I was thinking of ways to deal with banking problems there. Please restore my account. I changed the kind of automatic payment. I do not have any suspicion of deception, I was forever loyal users. THX!

Please make a direct PayPal payment to us in the amount of:
$8.99 (charged back transaction)
+ $25 (charge back fee)
= $33.99
Please make the $33.99 payment directly to paypalcs@namesilo.com and let us know when done. Once we receive the payment we will reactivate your account.

Why is no reason to disable my account? I just did not renew a domain expires it. You are asking me to pay 33.99 dollars directly to you paypalcs@namesilo.com account before activating my account. My account has a problem? Direct activation off my account, I will renew the domain renewals off on it. Your message which also said that the $ 25 is what? "Refund fee"? What is this? Please explain. THX!

The $25 fee is to cover the fee we need to pay for charge backs. If you wanted a refund you simply could have asked us to issue a refund. There was no need to charge the transaction back. Please read Section 7 of our terms:

暂时我还未继续回邮件
下午的时候我有打电话到银行查询境外网上消费记录查询日期是从7月15到8月10日，银行的工作人员说除了有Vultr家的消费记录外没有其他任何记录，也就是说NS自动续费扣费只到了贝宝并没有到银行。然后我问工作人员有没有拒绝扣费和未完成扣费的记录，工作人员说什么都没有。
这里我所说的NameSilo涉嫌故意停用账户敲诈用户给出的解释也就是我的几个问题。
1，为什么停用我的帐户？
2，为什么要求客户直接打钱过去才能激活帐号？
3，域名到期就到期为何给我自动续费？
4，那个25美元是什么鬼？
5，扣费不成功就停用帐号？
放在NS的域名没有一个做站，全是养着玩，而且我现在也没有做站了，难得上一次网何况是看邮件和上NS管理域名了....
